Richard Wright, along with Hans Schroeder, founded BEAR in 1987 to provide business valuation services to closely held businesses. Richard is a senior business appraiser and forensic accountant in matters relating to the structuring and valuation of businesses, determination of income and salaries, general accounting, and investigation of business opportunities in various industries. He is experienced and qualified to testify as an expert witness in Federal Court and California Superior Court in the area of business valuation and economic loss. Richard is also the founder and managing partner of Wright, Kirby & Company, Certified Public Accountants, a full-service accounting firm, and Ledger Systems, Inc., a computer consulting and installation company.
